Apps Error, Double Booked, Credit Gone
Used the apps 3 days ago when the apps decided to book me two drivers.
Could not make any cancellation as the apps crashed. The driver could not make the cancellation either.
He was kind enough to show good intention to return the money by cash, but I didnt bother him to come over as I was in a hurry.
My money/ credit is lost because of the double-booking.
Customer service line is always busy and cant get through.
Apps is helpful, but reliability is questioned
