Mostly order food from here and it’s always wonderful thank you gojek

My driver took me so far off course through the rice field at 8pm took much longer to get to my villa I was so afraid my villa owner pick me up. The rest of the way I was so scared. I was prepared to fight if I had too. Be careful Gojek not tracking here in Bali🙏🏾

Saya order makanan, udah satu jam lebih makanan ga sampai. Mau dicancel juga ga bisaa. Ini maunya gimana? Udah telat 40 mnt dari estimasi pengantaran. Saya mau cari makanan lain juga jadi gak bisa!

The app hide the customer’s rating by drivers/ riders. Food ordering service can’t be canceled even after the restaurant delayed the food. Absolute trash !!

More than half the drivers will cancel or ignore you or message you requesting cash It’s super annoying but only app aside form Grab, and that happen on that app as well… I wish they had tighter regulations like Uber in the USA

Careful with a SafeTrip subscription that is added by default, as that is automatically charged monthly. I have tried to get rid of the App altogether but the account deletion doesn’t work…

I don’t like the name Gojek karena identik dengan nama Ojek! Sebaiknya diganti dg Go-pad atau Go-line kek spy lebih keren!

Apps slow.dan cari drivernya sangat susah

Saya selalu di cancel. Jika saya pergi kerja pagi atau pulang kerja malam, selalu di cancel dengan alasan jalur macet. Bisa 5-6 pengendara sehingga saya saat ini pindah menggunakan Blue Bird Apps dan Xanh SM. Semoga pengemudi gocar cepat kaya jadi tidak perlu kerja lagi. Anda tidak cocok kerja di Gocar, cocoknya leyeh leyeh saja di rumah.

Convenient for me living in USA to be able to send food and stuff in special occasion for my family living in Indonesia. I love this app !

I love this app

At the Denpasar domestic airport I was worried my Indo number and internet weren’t working, but the staff at the airport waiting lounge were so kind and helpful. They shared their WiFi and helped me login with my WhatsApp to complete my ride. Fast, easy, and a great lounge. Their welcoming smiles were so nice at the end of a long trip!

Can't even get a human to look at my suspensiom. Have never even used the app and i get banned for trying to order chicken. Ridiculous

I used my US google voice line to enroll as that is how I am best reached. Because of this they suspend my account and refuse to allow me to change my email or phone number to correct the mistake or refuse to let me close my account. What kind of service this?

I wish this was in America. I use it for everything: moving, food, rides, shopping…

cant log in with two different devices. if it was possible, things would be much easier

The food delivery is always delayed. The estimated time is a joke. Ordered multiple times when I stayed in bali. It is often delayed and takes more than hour for a restaurant merely 2-3 km away. I understand the traffic but don’t estimate 30 minutes and take 60-90 minutes. Adjust your estimation algo to consider traffic at the time of the day.

Moving from the US to Indonesia, and finding this app was a life changer. I can explore and find food without having to travel in traffic in Jakarta. App interface is easy to navigate and very user friendly.
