Amazing app in getting foods and other stuffs in jakarta. The only downside is that the app is slow in responding and i found it to be messy when i try to look for restaurants. However, the service itself is amazing and stood on another different level in jakarta! Good job guys!

I registered my mail & phone, and order a transport in August 13 and today, but no driver. I tried several times, still no drivers. I called to costumer service and wait about 5 minutes no operator answer

Make it more robust like the Uber app please

Too many bags is app. Registration is not working properly, support phone doesnt answer, then used friends phone said no driver. Loosing of time application.

Great app but in the new update I cant locate the driver - the driver remains frozen on the same location. And which is worse - I cant add items on the menu in go-food, so I have to input order every time

It is awesome! Especially if you are live in Jakarta

Error message regarding request to update the app is displayed after I spend time to select the meals, not before. This sucks. Also sucks that I dont speak Indonesian and use English interface but the message is displayed on Indonesian But what sucks most is that your geo info , street names etc are wrong. At least in regard to nuansa utama streets on Bukit , Bali. Check with your geo provider (I guess its google maps? They have the same issue).

Really works well. You make them do anythig for fair price. Perfect fpr when u a sick or stoned. I ll say that 90% of the driver do their job good, witch is impressive fpr indonesia! Good job and keep on improving it!
