If i could set my destination manually by dropping pin, THAT WOULD BE SOOOO GREAT!

Unfortunately this app can not save address/ location/ destination/ vendor. Every time want to book, need to type in again and again. Favorites/ save address for us to visit later would be useful. Especially when want to order food and the shop is closed. Notification when shop is open would be useful as well.

Please FIX/UPDATE.. We cannot edit our phone number always gave us an error and the phone number remain unedited! Please give us an option to delete history.. All of these are very important!

I was in the middle of tracking my order when it suddenly logs out by itself. I tried logging in multiple times, but it would automatically sign out by itself. Please fix this ASAP!

Super innovative and functional, one of the best application I have! Drivers are mostly very nice, the app has regular updates... In a city with super deficient public transport, this app is a game changer !

Its simple, easy and totally relevant for every day life. I had been using this a lot I think this is very helpful. True revolution!

Unable to change phone number ,it keep saying invalid verification code after inputting pin/verification codes from SMS to new number

Food that i ask to deliver to my house,arrived fastly..

1. Gojek Company proses waktu terlalu lama utk Top Up account. 48 jam setelah menerima uang baru muncul di Wallet. Coba utk Top Up di percepat. 2. Servis dari Gojek rider cukup memuaskan. Gojek Rider ramah dan cukup professional menanganin tugasnya!!

In general it has changed Jakarta, and made life easier but the app is consistently failing, and hanging. The drivers are also poorly trained and cant find home often. They say you can order up to 1.000.000IDR in merchandise or food but more often than not, the driver calls asking you to cancel the order because he doesnt have enough cash. The GoFood menus are incomplete so its Better to order via Klik-Eat or FoodPanda.

Because they come from jobless, uneducated, no psychological test from company. Dont mean to make it bad to company but drivers do make trouble to people in Bali.

Live this app. I can track my order and easy to use. However, i cant update destination.

After update, open the app then it crashed in less than 1 second :(

Error still happens almost everytime especially on the rush hour afternoon, making people unable to book at all. Double notification is also annoying and it arrived mostly 30 minutes after my booking is picked by the driver, unless I regularly check and open the apps. Although, its pretty useful when its not error and still have promotion rate.

App has crashed every time Ive tried to open it for over a week now. Updated app and iOS... Unsure of the reason... Grab bike here I come.
