The first time I used this app, I was impressed, w/the app, that is. I used it twice in one day and I was a bit disappointed that the drivers didnt know the areas I was going to, so I had to guide them the entire way. The next day, despite showing drivers in my area, I got the message "no driver found" after ordering/retrying several times (more than 5). Now, the updated version of the app seems a bit more difficult to use when inputting an address. Also, whats the point of putting photos of the Gojek drivers if the photo is so tiny you cant even see them? Makes the service less secure now. Please, increase the size of the photos.
Its much easier to navigates through the applications now. I especially love GO-FOOD section where some of the merchants have put picture of their signature dishes. It would be great if you add menu pictures.
This app is too good! Id say being a tech savvy is helpful but the app is not rocket science. The new version is still user-friendly in my opinion. My solution for manual address input is to write address details in the note box below. Works every time!
1.) Unlike previous versions, the Destination only shows history. Its not possible to access a map and move your desired destination on the map. This makes it impossible to choose where you want to go unless you know the exact address as not all stores or houses can be found by using the Search window. Frustrating! 2.) Only a limited number of restaurants are shown on the map when using "Go-Food" option. Also when using the Search feature, many restaurants cannot be found. Frustrating! 3.) It is not possible to "Top-up" the Go-Pay feature unless a person has an account at Bank BRI, Mandiri Bank, or BCA. Yet Go-Jek is pushing Go-Jek users to use Go-Pay by giving discounts. In previous versions funds could be transferred from any bank to Go-Jeks bank. Frustrating! Having said all this, if Go-Jek can get their act together, Go-Jek can benefit many customers.
I used to think that this app really helps me a lot in getting food and getting my hair done. And I still do. But you have got to fix your app and improve it, seriously. Sometimes i cant cancel and other times the app just crashes by itself. Whats the use of the survey (that pops up whenever you cancel) when youre not even using it to fix anything?
Decides to try Go-Pay, worked once on Go-Food, then app show "Internal Server Error" all the time after restart. Seems like they still havent done their back-end homeworks yet.
The app is completely unusable after the update. All I keep on getting is the "internal server error" message.

Everytime I update the app, my address history always gone missing. Im annoyed to put back my address, please improve it.
Superman may be the most super of all man. But this apps is not even reaching super status. The only good about is its design. Functionality and usefulness are worst.
From now on if you use GOFOOD to buy from places that are not their companys partner, the rate is IDR 19,000! I just ordered from a place that is LITERALLY ONLY 700M away from my house and I had to pay 19k which is almost half of the price of the food I ordered! Seriously what kind of greedy nonsense is this??? Used to be 10k, went up to 15k, and now its 19k?! Ill never use their service anymore
I am not sure whether it is a bug or a function that asks user multiple time to login. It is very annoying and even during booking it asks for login. I am going to delete the app after writing this review. Useless!! Do not install this version until gojek fix it

Have had many problems with the app sending 2 drivers for one order. Driver requests to cancel one order but then other driver may not deliver due to gojek policy. App needs work.
Amazingly easy to order. hUGE time saver not having to give directions each time Quite buggy- loses internet connection a lot, and customer service will drive you crazy as they wont actually think, but its still a game changer
its annoying to use, cant set the destination by dragging pin, forced to reinput forms when go back to menu etc. annoying promo via repeated unnecessary notification
