Gojek App Reviews

Tried few times this app in Bali, they simply dont come. Time says 15mn pick up, then 18, then 22.. Dont waste time get blue bird or real uber.

My 1st use of the service, I had a problem so I couldnt take my ride => not possible to cancel a ride! Go-jek called me 19 times to know where I am!! 19 times... Crazy... Im sure the service is convenient though, but they have to improve their cancel feature and stop harassing people when they dont pick up the phone

I use it in Bali. Very useful to order food from restaurants. 2 improvement points: Mention the taxes that will be applicable on the food because it is different from a restaurant and another. Check the prices because even without taxes the price mentioned for the meals has been several time different. It will avoid surprises between the price you display on the application and the price the client has to pay in the end. Good job guys anyway!

I love this app, the future is here and I cant wait for you too add even more services. Great job!

Can not sign in. Does not recognize my user name. Dont accep my password. Just gave up.

This is just perfect for people who live in Jakarta, where the traffic jam is so worst.

Im live now over 1 year in Jakarta, and Im must say Go-Jek is an berry good application, give many promo, and also the price is good. The perfect service for people, they dont like with the own motorcycle to drive. I give ***** stars because, Im use the application very often, and for the local ojek..... Just make better price and not so high, than will be all ok ;) Salam

The idea of Go-Jek is innovative, especially in Jakarta where traffic is a major factor. But the pressure is on the drivers. If something goes wrong with an order and they have already paid something (food etc.) then they have to pay from their own pocket. Nice way to stay clean and let everybody cheer for your company! Additionally, the app is complete useless as it is breaking down every day. The driver already is on the way and out of a sudden the app tells the job is cancelled even though the client never cancelled. Hopeless s**t.

Hope they offer soon all the same services from Jakarta at Bali as well

An extremely helpful app

I use this apps very often, from very reasonable price of Ojek to late night food delivery. Bravo Go-Jek!!

I never seemed to need this app relying on my local tukang ojeks. today I needed some basic chemical (in germany available in every pharmacy) to rinse tje mouth due to gum infection. of course, the fancy century and other pharmacies in plaza indonesia jakarta would not have it or even knew what Inwas talking about even in bahasa. colleague recommended a pharmacy in east jakarta and they would have it. installed gojek, called the pharmacy again to prepare, ordered go shop, and i had it within 1h. awesome use case. easy. convenient. registration is no hassle. thank you. it will make life easier!

This app is well designed and very helpful for non-Indonesian speakers, because it has a clear and concise design and is in English. One of the most helpful apps for me to survive in Jakarta. I used Go-Jeks and delivery services. During the order process could be a button integrated which let the drivers know that youre an English speaker, because drivers always call and sometimes dont want to serve English speakers due to limited English language skills.

Several menu item pages are blank. App crashed twice while trying to order. No very user friendly and menu items are explained. Super awful app. Cancelled my order. I will never use it again.

Used the apps 3 days ago when the apps decided to book me two drivers. Could not make any cancellation as the apps crashed. The driver could not make the cancellation either. He was kind enough to show good intention to return the money by cash, but I didnt bother him to come over as I was in a hurry. My money/ credit is lost because of the double-booking. Customer service line is always busy and cant get through. Apps is helpful, but reliability is questioned

I read on their website that numerous people have had this problem. when you verify your phone number, its meant to send you a verification code via SMS. But for some reason I do not receive it. Please fix it!

Love the concept, the different services offered, the user-friendly look of the app. Unfortunately, the app couldnt find the senders & the recipients addresses (although they exist in Google Map). And after we put existing addresses nearby, the app "failed to calculate price". Wld be great if the app integrates Google Map service. Weve tried to make the order with the same result on an iPad Mini 2, Samsung Galaxy Note 2 & Oppo.
